Bio

Anne Lankford is a Senior at Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to Southern New Hampshire U, Anne was a Clinical Lab Assistant at Sentara Healthcare. She decided that her love for analysis and healthcare could go hand-in-hand, and went back to college to earn her degree.

After she graduates, she will have a Bachelors’s degree in Data Analytics with a concentration in Project Management and a Minor in Applied Mathematics.

In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her four grandchildren, read, and binge-watch Netflix. Who doesn’t like to binge-watch Netflix?

Gap Analysis & Proposal PowerPoint

December 2021

I completed a preliminary assessment of data related to the merger between Kansas City and other facilities to determine if there was enough information to perform the next steps. I began by completing a gap analysis, using the provided data on the given organizational problem presented in the scenario. I was able to draw conclusions from the gap analysis to write a proposal that specifically outlines the needs identified in the gap. The results of my gap analysis and proposal are included in the PowerPoint presentation.

This was an ongoing project that we worked on throughout the course. For the final project, we had to review the final case study to determine what the changes were to the scope of the work and how it will affect the project timeline.
